ALCDC Farm Division helps limited resourced, socially disadvantaged farmers, both experienced and beginning, and youth through various programs and workshops. These outreach programs supply training and technical aid to farmers to help them sustain their operations by implementing more efficient farming practices. 

ALCDC has successfully aided fresh vegetable producers obtain Good Agricultural Practices/Good Handling Practices (GAP/ GHP).
