Meet the Board of Directors
To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream; not only plan, but also believe
At ALCDC, sustainable rural community development is our highest value. Our work is guided by the belief that progressive social and economic change and land ownership are the basis for self-determination and self-reliance.
ALCDC is committed to the development of a comprehensive strategy to enhance family farm development, housing and technology opportunities for farm and rural families, opportunities and services to youth and their families, rural economic development projects, and innovative environmentally safe and economically sustainable agricultural initiatives.

People of the Land
For too many years, we have taken from the land and given little back. For too many years we have watched our best and brightest young people leave the Delta in search for opportunity. And for too many years, we have accepted a deteriorating quality of life because we failed to challenge ourselves to do something about it.
Arkansas Land Community Development Corporation offers alternatives to this bleak scenario Through programs that sustain traditional values and through programs that adapt proven skills to contemporary challenges.
